Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bio CAS against the protein content of rice straw as cattle feed. Data to be collected in the form of protein and physical observations of rice straw in the form of observation of texture, color fanbsu after fermentation, the analyzed using analysis variand at a significance level of 5% and 1%. To get the real difference between treatment with BNT and continued with Duncant test. The results of protein content analysis in the fermentation results obtained 20.61 and on the significance level of 5% was 3.11 and 1% significance degree of 5.06. The highest protein content was in P3 treatment that has concentration of 2%.
